a. The sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the products or services they list on the platform.
b. Sellers must ensure that their listings do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any laws or regulations.
c. Sellers must promptly respond to buyer inquiries and contact buyers within 3 hours of receiving orders during working hours.
a. The platform does not take liability for any intellectual property violations by sellers on the platform. However, we will promptly respond to valid violation requests and remove any content suspected of infringement until the suspected offender proves otherwise.
b. The platform reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or indefinitely, any account suspected of violating the platform policies without prior notice.
a. The platform charges a transaction commission of 10% on all successful sales made by the sellers.
b. The platform may also charge subscription fees for certain account types, as outlined in the subscription agreement.
a. Sellers must deliver all confirmed orders within 1 hour after confirmation or according to the client's request.
b. Delayed order fulfillment may result in lower ratings and listing visibility for the seller's products.
c. Sellers must complete all orders they have received payment for within an hour and pay the commission due.
d. In cases where the commission due exceeds the amount the seller is supposed to pay, the seller should contact support at 2ambale to request a refund.
a. If a seller mistakenly cancels a complete order, they should immediately contact support to have the cancellation reversed.
b. If any complete order is canceled by the seller without notifying support, it will be considered an attempt to defraud, and a penalty equivalent to the pending commission will be added to the seller's account.
a. Unattended orders by a seller or orders from sellers who cannot be reached via phone call or their account phone number on WhatsApp may be reassigned to another seller. b. The commission due for these orders will be charged to the account of the seller who fulfills them to mitigate buyer frustration.
a. Sellers will be periodically rated by buyers and our quality assurance team based on their adherence to our platform policies.
b. Accounts with higher ratings and performance will be given priority when listing products.
a. These 2ambale policies may change from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any updates, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated policies.
